2024 #2: Disney Beach Baby
As mentioned in my last post, the long trip we had planned for this spring was cancelled, replaced by a few shorter trips. The first one, detailed in the last post, was to Jim Thorpe, PA. Our next trip was to Disney World. We were supposed to camp with our Oliver in Fort Wilderness at Disney, but the changes meant we flew down and stayed in the All Star Music Resort, instead. I'll be honest, I wasn't happy about this. Disney classifies the All Star resorts as "Value" resorts, compared to the "Moderate" Fort Wilderness. I was expecting a cheap hotel experience. That wasn't the case at all. We really enjoyed our stay there. A clean, quiet room with a nice pool. (I do recommend the "Preferred" rooms at this resort since they're closer to the pool, cafe, and bus stops.)
